Abstract

This study examines how shared leadership enhances teamwork quality through employees’ knowledge  sharing and whether affiliation climate strengthens these relationships. Using survey data from 447  employees, the results show that shared leadership positively predicts knowledge sharing, which in turn  improves teamwork quality and partially mediates this relationship. Affiliation climate strengthens the  positive effect of knowledge sharing on teamwork quality but does not moderate the link between shared  leadership and knowledge sharing. These findings clarify the mechanism and boundary condition through  which shared leadership promotes effective teamwork.
